The Advisory Group was the formal means by which WCRF International obtained policy, strategy and technical advice on the second report as it developed. Its members represented the WCRF Executive Team, the Panel and the Methodology Task Force. Formally the Advisory group was the link between the Executive Team and the Panel as a whole. Its basic task was to make recommendations on all policy and strategy and technical issues which then came before the Executive Team and/or the Panel for final resolution.
