WCRF/AICR's Second Expert Report, Food, Nutrition, Physical Activity, and the Prevention of Cancer: a Global Perspective, published in 2007, sets out Recommendations for Cancer Prevention based on a comprehensive review of the scientific evidence in this area.

Evidence on breast, colorectal, pancreatic, endometrial, and ovarian cancers has been updated as part of the Continuous Update Project.
